The Waterhole Saloon is proud to announce the First Ever and Annual Outlaw's and Ladies BBQ and Chili Cook-Off! This Amazing Event will be held Friday and Saturday of September 5th and 6th, On Location, at The Waterhole Saloon in Garfield, Texas. Participants are strongly encouraged to join up by e-mailing us at cookoff@waterholesaloon.com Events will include Brisket, 1/2 Chicken, Pork Spare Ribs, Tolbert Chili (Grind Only), Beans, Margaritas, and Bloody Mary's. Meat Inspection: 5:00PM Friday September 5th Cooks Meeting: 9:00 AM Saturday September 6th Entry Fees and Times are as Followed: Pinto Beans - 11:00AM - $15 Bloody Mary's - 11:00AM - $10 1/2 Chicken - 12:00AM - $25 Margaritas - 12:00AM - $10 Pork Spare Ribs - 1:00PM - $25 Brisket - 2:00PM - $25 Tolbert Chili - 3:00PM - $15 "All Meat" Fee is $65 "All Events" Fee is $100 All BBQ is sanctioned by the Lone Star BBQ Society.
